Capital Campaign: Faith in Our Future for the Next 100 Years:
Phase II to raise the $160,000
On Father’s Day we had a special celebration to acknowledge more great gifts from Our Father above. Through the prayers and persistence of our church family, since our last update we have received an additional $14,800 for our Capital Campaign (CC) Phase II. Also, through the efforts, prayers and persistence of Pastor Bryson, CSUMC received a gift of $50,000 from UMCSC to our CC. The Future of our church: the children, the youth, and a young adult added $64,800 in golden nuggets to our barometer of giving. It overflowed! This brings our Phase II total to an amazing $225,183! The Lord provides!
We continue our CC until the end of the current year. All giving will go towards the Windows Project. Any remaining funds at the end of the project will be used to continue our ministry to Spread The Good News!
Work update: The contractor has finally gotten the Helical Spiral Rods and other materials needed to start work. Start date is June 30th! Yay!
